Sunil Raheja

A finance and real estate veteran, Sunil Raheja launched one of India’s youngest publicly listed NBFCs. Known for his expertise in structured investments, M&As, and large-scale developments, he drives Loksun Group’s growth through innovative financial strategies and premium real estate projects.

Poonam Raheja

A seasoned attorney with 22+ years of experience, Poonam Raheja specializes in corporate and commercial law, cross-border transactions, and regulatory compliance. With past roles at Wipro, Cognizant, and Infosys, she brings sharp legal insight that strengthens governance and risk management at Loksun Group.

Hreshan Raheja

Hreshan Raheja brings global experience and entrepreneurial drive to Loksun Group. A Boston University graduate in Finance, Strategy, and Hospitality, he began as a Strategy Consultant at Nobee Inc. and later joined PwC Mumbai’s Investment Banking team.

Ronit Kapoor

With a strong foundation in finance and investment management, Ronit Kapoor specializes in structured investments, financial analysis, and corporate finance.
